Even though it is a franchise, each Fast Signs is different, depending on the vibe of the owner and the employees. This particular Fastsigns has a positive atmosphere. It’s a very small company, more team-oriented, less of a stuffy corporate feel. Award-winning team.

Cons

A lot of clients think that because we are called “Fastsigns”, this means we should get their order ready the same day. Sometimes this is possible, but not if there are 10 orders ahead in line. It is first come, first served. Since we are so successful, there usually are at least 10 people in line.

Great hours, gained design experience.

Cons

No training, wasn’t shown how the printers worked with the programs. Boss never in office. Was expected to run the place while being brand new. I’ve had several design jobs, this was the most difficult to manage.
