Pros

The staff at the International headquarters are always available to assist when needed

Cons

Each location set own prices and policies. Policies are not consistent from customer to customer. Owner not always available if needed. Owner seems not to want to be in own business. Wanted staff to work on own time. Promises of bonuses where not always honored. No benefits.

Pros

If you hit your bonuses, the pay there is great. The franchise I worked for was very organized and had many failsafes in place to ensure that the product came out in a timely manner and lived up to the name.

Cons

Sometimes had difficult clients, but not more than is usual working any retail job. Also the bonus structure made it so sometimes you wouldn't get any commission on a sale.
