Everyday is something different and there is always a way to learn new trends in the market place. Most of the team is great to work with

Owner is not good at communication with his employees. The pay is average, and there is no room to grow.

Pros

My location was very small, so it was a great place to start. Got hired as an intern and then asked to stay on after graduation with a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi.

Cons

The fact that the office was small was also a negative. Because it was so small I quickly became the go-to person to handle more. It was great experience, however I felt like I was never paid for the amount of work I was providing.

Strong corporate leadership and positive work environment. Fun and enjoyable work environment with creative people and a product that all businesses need. Lots of good marketing and a great corporate reputation and brand recognition.

Cons

Franchises are individually owned so you must answer to local owner not corporate executives. There seems to be a disconnect from the corporation to the local ownership.
