I loved my position, The pay may not be there at the beginning, but they promote and give raises to the ones that work hard. The environment is labor intensive but not too horrible just a lot of boxes moved and restocking customers. They are not one to micromanage and they have really good teams that help get you all the knowledge/ resources you need. Other side of the coin, there are bad teams and bad managers, that's everywhere though

Great team to work with and great resources available to help you succeed in your role. Leadership works to prepare you for your next step within Fastenal no matter if it's a risk to them losing you on their team.
