The title says it all. Having worked for two types of software companies (one run by a sales guy and two by an engineer) the later is far better. Products are well thought out and well executed, the platform is stable, and growth is stable. The people I work with are amazing and totally willing to help anyone find an answer. The intellectual caliber of the people here is impressive to say the least.
