Business Outlook
Pros
This is a company with a lot of heart, great ethics, and a real culture of trying to do the right thing. They don't always succeed, but their customers love them, and they are really striving to be a great place to work with great products.
Cons
Let's face it: since the IPO this company has gotten a lot of pressure from Wall Street to focus more on its bottom line and less on keeping its employees and its customers happy. I think the company leadership has largely resisted that kind of pressure and still has an amazing financial outlook.
