Pros

Outstanding culture and team, leadership cares about who you are as a person and they invest in you. I know I have the option to grow with the company.

Cons

Hours can be long, but nothing outside of industry norms. 8-10 hour days, but the hours are what you choose to put in.

Pros

You will learn that you don’t have to be smart, intuitive or know anything about freight at all to own a freight company, look no further than the morons who own and run this company.

Cons

You are no value to the owners or the upper mgmt, they see you only as ways for them to make more money while constantly threatening to cut your commission or write you up. You will be expected to work 24/7, 7days a week and be happy about it. The entire executive team is so dilusional, they any grievance that is brought up will be responded to with a Frank “you don’t have to be here if you don’t want.” The best thing to do is to avoid at all cost, and I hear the Chicago is even worse.

Fastmore Logistics Response

Thank you for your feedback. Fastmore’s number one asset is our people, so I am sorry your experience didn’t match our employee engagement efforts. As a growing organization, we are focused on finding top talent, and most importantly retaining our talented team. Fastmore is a fast-paced, exciting, and always changing company, therefore, we understand not everyone we hire will thrive in our environment. Our management encourages independence, self-empowerment, and collaboration, which often results in personal accountability and higher standards. Fastmore doesn’t expect/require any of our people to work 24/7, but we understand our people work outside traditional business hours, and that is why we offer the best commission structures in the industry.
