Great environment at work and great team environment where people work hard for one another. Fun and very rarely boring! Growing extremely fast. People are so kind!

Pros

What makes Fastmore so special and unique to the 3PL community is that we understand our niche in the marketplace and we play to our strengths. Fastmore provides their employees with all the tools and resources they need in order to excel in their line of work. The owners are very generous in regards to providing a welcoming office atmosphere, as well as other intrinsic benefits that make the day-to-day much more exciting. As a small (yet rapidly growing) organization, we realize we are only as good as the people that work within these four-walls, so they owners make sure that everyone feels comfortable while working at Fastmore.

Cons

Not enough carrier reps right now to handle our rapid growing book of business.
