Pros

Free coffee and that is it.

Cons

Over worked, they expect you to work from the moment you get up until the moment you go to sleep. If you dont reply to emails outside of normal business hours the manager will email and text you. Very sexist, men get treated much better than females. Manager will reprimand females for things the men do as well. Manager doesn't reprimand the men. No quality of life and contrary to responses on here the commission is not good. Much micro managing. Calling you out in front of whole office when you make a mistake. Team members constantly fighting with each other, lots of times it almost gets physical. This place is a circus. They also make you constantly lie to customers and tell them we have trucks when we don't. They think it's cute to lie. Don't get sick!!! They will make you feel like a 4 yr old and lecture you about being off even though we put in crazy hours. She would rather you work while sick then take off. Pass on this place. They even get upset if you don't flush the toilet twice Lol Turnover is extremely high here.

Pros

People who work there are great. In my last days at this company I often found myself thinking “ Wow. It’s a wonder that such nice intelligent people stick around at such a terrible company.”

Cons

In my final days I also realized that most of the great people I worked with were either actively looking for other employment opportunities, or had indeed already left. Turnover is high and management is a complete joke. The pay is terrible and it is painfully obvious that you are working to line the pockets of the owners and the other senior leaders (if you can call them leaders). The middle management is slightly better but they are often left defending their teams to upper management because is so out of touch and quite frankly horrible. The middle management tends to cower and cave to upper managements demands, leaving no one to speak for the ground level employees except themselves. The ground level employees are consistently dissatisfied with the work environment and communicate that frequently and often; the company attempts to promote a positive environment but the absolutely atrocious leadership is all any employee can focus on so the mediocre perks mean nothing. Finally, the HR “department” is so painfully unprofessional, unequipped, and useless in terms of speaking for employees that the ground level people working at Fastmore truly have no voice.

Pros

Pay is great Benefits are great You learn something new everyday . I enjoy my job, I have learned so much and still learning. The day I walked in Fastmore I knew it was different, I knew I wanted to be there . I always feel that I can voice my opinion ,someone is always there to listen. I believe that it’s great for a person who doesn’t need much supervision, it gives you independence. I believe that in order to work here you have to be willing to work together and remember the common goal and you will thrive. Overall Fastmore is great and getting better, they understand that the little things count and we are all human beings at the end of the day.

Cons

Accumulation of Sick/Vacation/PTO it feels like your in retail. I wish it was just a given and you could take it being a full time employee for a smaller company. I believe that the company could improve on creating a better system for job postings[within]. I feel that at some point in your time at a company in order to grow you may want to move around and unfortunately we don’t have a job board or policy that states when we can apply or move from one position to another. I think that would have a great affect on employees tenure knowing that one day they would be able to move around and try something knew instead of it being word of mouth, or who’s asked. I think it should be opportunity’s to interview and change roles if you feel you qualify.
