Lack of communication, no growth , no respect , if you have any skills at all you’re best using them somewhere else. You don’t feel protected as an employee, HR issues happen constantly and nothing is done about it . Work environment is stuffy and uncomfortable at all times. You’re told you can make mistakes however if you do you’ll be talked about to everyone for your mistake . It’s their way or no way
