Employee level people are great and most really care about their positions and the customers they serve.

Cons

If you love micromanagement from corporate, this is the place you want to be. Forget being a free-thinker, you’ll just be beaten down from above. It is their way or the highway mentality.

The people at FatCats really care about what they do, and being still startup minded, find scrappy ways to do things which I enjoy

Cons

Working remotely, they rarely gave me many responsibilities and didn’t seem to trust me much.

Pay wasn’t the best, definitely can’t make it a full time job being fully independent unless you’re a manager.
