The people, which got all lay off unfortunately. The new facilities are great, nice building with a gym, showers, basketball courts, and sand volleyball court. Free EV charging stations. Promising technology and science. Everyone is always happy to collaborate and is very knowledgeable.
Cons
Toxic work culture; It is expected of you to work overtime, every weekend and holiday, with constant availability, without compensation and complaints. CRO is the first one to endorse this. If you do complain you will be blacklisted. HR is there to protect the company and not the employees. Even if managers fight for your promotions and salaries, HR would get mad if asked for fair compensation and halt your professional growth. Upper management promoted on favoritism over talent. No spending control or financial vision.
