Fate will literally work you insanely long hours until you finally break. It’s not worth it…. Extreme disconnect between management and employees who do the actual work. They don’t realize there’s only 8 hours in a day and expect people to work from Dawn to dusk. And when they’re working at their max, they still tell people their work isn’t enough. They think giving employees free merch will fix all their problems and disconnect. Don’t work here. You can get paid much more and be treated better somewhere else.

Lack of transparency and controlling workaholic culture where you are expected to be available 24/7 any time and any day… be prepared to be micromanaged and discredited and disrespected and bullied. Stocks are falling and cash is running out creating a sense of desperation and employees remaining are devalued and told they should be happy to have a job in this environment and to take whatever abuse or toxicity is regularly dolled out. Miserable environment where folks are all searching for an exit strategy as they break under the stress and either share in comisery and complaints or take it out on each other.
