Fathom Applications reviews

As a relatively new staff member the first thing I noticed while working at Fathom is the authentic and positive welcoming culture. The team is genuinely friendly and works peacefully and collaboratively together. There are frequent mini celebrations for things like birthdays, happy hours, product launches and important dates and there is a lovely casual culture in the office. Work and family balance is a focus and the flexibility around caring for little ones or doing the school drop off is probably the best I have come across. Due to their success, Fathom is growing rapidly and it's exciting to be on board for the next chapter.

I've been at Fathom for over 2 years now and I've absolutely loved my time here. The opportunity for growth is something I haven't found elsewhere and the company culture & office vibe is fantastic. You'll struggle to find a more welcoming and interesting group of people to spend your week with.
