- Great product; changing the game for advisors and business owners - Vision, values and purpose aligned with our team and customers. - Talented team, motivated and passionate about what we do every day. - Flexible working policies that work - Growing and always approachable to being better at what we do

Not really a con but growing pains as with any business, however, the leadership team are approachable and always looking to improve.

-Best in class product that customers really love -Great people - everyone is friendly and welcoming -Opportunity to build, sell, or support a product that genuinely helps businesses understand their numbers and make better decisions -A fast-growing company that is still small enough where you can make a difference

Cons

-Growing pains as the company is redefining its culture as it grows past 70 employees -No CEO so it's leadership by committee. Can be slow to make decisions -Feels like purpose/vision for the business isn't very clear
