Pros

Sharing of knowledge and support from upper management as well as the family of Realtors working together for one main goal in taking care of their clients. Less money taken out of commission, profit sharing, insurance available, technology advancements and culture of giving back. Love working from my home!

Cons

Can't think of any cons, unless working from your home is a con.

I feel like Fathom Realty's Mngt team truly cares about the agents and makes company decisions based on how it will help our agents be successful. I also love that Fathom Realty allows me to brand my team to build our presence all while earning 100% commission!
