Pros

Fathom is a great brokerage to work with. The employee support and culture is wonderful. The leadership is always looking for new ways to support their agents and there aren't numerous office fees.

Cons

It might not be the best place for a brand new agent as the training is less hands on.

My first impression was with my now Managing Broker Kris Kristof. He always anserws his phone. By my second call to him he had saved my number. This reminds me of Cheers--Being in a place where they know your name. I am excited about what is next. Glad to be apart of the Fathom future.
