Pros

- Great Mentors for new realtors - Transaction management is awesome - Friendly & supportive environment

Cons

- F.A.S.T. mentorship videos are dated. - No in-person office (but you obviously know this from the start). - New realtors face 70/30 split + 600 annual fee + 550 transaction fee on their first transaction.

Jena Blake help my brother first and he had nothing but a great experience with her so we decided to give her a call when we needed to find our dream home we have a friend in the family that is also a realtor but decided to call jena it was the best thing we did she was great keep us inform at all times she work so hard to sale our house and to get the new house . no matter the time or the day she was there all the time she is a great realtor i feel she did more than what her job requires her to do thank you Jena for the excellent job you did

Pros

NONE-no office, no local assistace, no leads, ALL smoke & mirrors while they are empire building

Cons

They treat you more like a recruiter than a sales person. ALL they want is to empire build....800 # support kids are nice but there's too many people in the mix...

Our careers website makes it very clear that we do not have office and we do not provide leads. It cannot be "smoke and mirrors" if we do not promise those things. You have to speak with someone before you can join so if you actually did join us, you would have had the chance to ask about these things if you missed them on the site. As for local support, while we do not have physical offices, we do have a local managing broker in every market. And no, our focus is not on growth, our focus is on serving our agents. If you really are with Fathom, which I suspect you are not, then I regret that service is not what you have experienced. Please reach out to me directly and let me know what market you are in so I can get to the bottom of it.
