Pros

This is a school where the teachers truly LOVE their students and make every effort to get to know them and help them succeed. As a result, the faculty is a group of incredibly well-educated, hard-working, and passionate professionals who work hard and support each other. This is a place where co-workers are always willing to help out and go the extra mile. Another bonus: amazing professional development opportunities and support for personal growth, plus a thriving Wellness Committee that works hard to take care of faculty and staff. Excellent benefits package. Most importantly, a strong administrative team, headed by a smart and ethical head of school who is not afraid to make hard decisions.

Pros

Great faculty and some staff. Students are smart, kind, and caring. Hours and benefits are very good.

Cons

Head of School has no idea what is going on with the poor treatment of staff. Senior management treats employees with very little respect and refuses to support "outsiders". I have worked for many companies and never experienced such a disconnect between the Administration and its employees. In the last year the school has lost over 30 wonderful employees due to negligence.
