This organization is behind the times with everything. Leadership lacks innovation and the organization is resistant to change. You will be asked to do things outside of your job duties on numerous occasions. They talk about the purple promise but they conduct lay offs regularly I believe it is actually apart of their business model. The people in leadership create these outlandish rules and except it to be carried out by the people at the bottom. Selfish organization that only cares about bottom line. Welcome to corporate America!

Management employees can expect to work 50-60 hrs a week. If you work anything but first shift, you can forget about seeing your family until the weekend. Not a lot of room for advancement unless you are willing to relocate to other parts of the country,
