Pros
Pay is good, equipment is well maintained, trucks have lots of options like power windows locks, tilt wheel, am fm cd with weather, fifth wheel unlock.
Cons
Employee cost in medical is high and gets higher every year, pay is not equal across the country, higher pay in what is called high cost of living areas which also happen to be high unionized areas.... hmmmm
