Terrible management, if you're not in thier circle they won't treat you fare, quick to throw you under the bus, if you are single the job is for you family person jot so much since you'll be stuck on the 3rd shift for atleast 1 year

Inconsistent hours. Management and HR are super biased. Favoritism is everywhere. If you make a request and are not a minority, no matter how small, your request is met with hurdle after hurdle. However, if you are a minority, you get what you want. If an employee that is a minority wants you fired, your days are numbered. Probably should unionize so hopefully one layer of protection, no matter how small.
