just took away our bonuses and replaced them with an almost embarrassing contest that happens once a month (my branch was getting an extra $150-$200/month in bonuses) pretty much unless you steal you don't get fired, VERY short staffed and over on payroll so they are constantly moving people around on the schedule and even to other branches to help fill in,

Upper leadership jump from one "big thing" to another. Threats of being held accountable for making metrics that don't make sense. 3 months later, you won't even hear about those things that were such a big deal. On to something new. Upper leadership do mystery shops and visit centers. But they look at things like: did every TM offer you all 4 of the Products of the Month, is the computer pricing in the correct order on the sign (order they made up), all window signs even (height wise), etc. Payroll is a joke. We now expect to deliver a great customer experience with 1-2 Team Members in the center at a time. (3 if you're lucky)
