Pros

FedEx Office is great in that they are very flexible for people just getting started in their careers (lost of locations and hours available, plenty of opportunity for transfers or advancement.) They provide plenty of ongoing training, and have monthly sales promotions as a way to make some extra cash.

Cons

There are limited positions for advancement past a Center Manager, unless you are willing to move to Texas to work at the corporate headquarters.

Pros

You can start higher than other similiar positions. Overall coworkers are great and asst. mangers are usually promoted from within and very competent.

Cons

The raises are horrible, and senior management sometimes lacks understanding of day to day operations. With the FedEx switch things are constantly changing and you really got the feeling FedEx was not listening to anyone with Printing Industry experience.
