      Good Pay, Corporate culture is nice, provides all the tools i.e. laptop

      Cons

      Sr Management foes not know how to run a sales forces, no true business partnership with parent company. Sales Managers manage process not people

      Pros

      clean and inviting atmosphere constant flow of traffic relative speed in machine maintenance fun customers nice bonus structure for management holidays off

      Cons

      Manager was a bit disorganized. Could never really tell what was going on with him. Impatience among fellow employees understandable but impractical process for completing orders Not much hands-on training (in my case anyway) started work on monday, manager was gone back home (6 hours away!) by Wednesday. Transferred under new manager and new location: no real training there

      Pros

      Good for college students flexible hours people can change schedules easily. Good benefits when they are frozen because of the economy.

      Cons

      FedEx did know what they were getting into when they purchased Kinko's they came in and tried to run the copy business like they run FedEx shipping by tracking and tracking with everything. They failed miserably at that and finally are trying to streamline and let us help customers. Getting back to the customer service rather then the busy work.
