      Pros

      If you have an aviation background or experience, AirOps is a great division to work in. FedEx salaries are competitive with other large corporations. The company has many benefits like tuition reimbursement, great health care plans, generous vacation. It's an easy division to work for if you are able to learn quickly.

      Cons

      AirOps is still male dominant. More women are needed in leadership positions. The company has been and is resistant to flexible work schedules and permanent WFH. Favoritism is a problem.
