Pros

The benefits are good if you can stick around for a year. Growth is available but interviews for those positions are hard and unfair.

Cons

Job growth is limited based up if the management team likes you and even then the interviews are hard and unfair.

Pros

The people that work there really care about the customers. Local management understands the challenges of the archaic system by which senior management works.

Cons

Lowest paid management within the business sector. Very little praise is given to those who do succeed daily and year over year. Regional staff focus on failures constantly. Little time or effort is given to the Canadian region from Corporate in the US While corporate and upper management congratulate themselves on the number they produce, it is never passed on to the field employees that make the system. No work/life balance, local management is paid based on a 8 hour day expected to work 10 hours but actually work 12 - 14 hours a day. Say goodbye to your family life.
