Pros

-Few places are as flexible with their employees and their needs as FedWriters. The company goes the extra mile to ensure employees are comfortable in their roles and contracts. This includes offering competitive pay and rewarding employees meaningfully for hard work. -The company has meaningful contracts that look great on a resume. Further, clients think highly of the quality of FedWriters' work. -Administrative and management teams are responsive, and they address concerns fully. -FedWriters has diverse and competent staff at HQ and on their contracts. -Job performance and skill are more important in hiring and reviewing employees than a vague concept of company culture. While there is a company culture, it's not presented as an exclusive fraternity, and the company doesn't ostracize individuals who work differently but complete their work at a high level. -FedWriters continues to grow rapidly, so there are multiple different opportunities within the company.

Cons

-Sometimes, growth can cause unpopular changes to policy. -Work-life balance depends on the contract, but the company is willing to work with employees to improve the balance, if necessary. -Very high expectations to excel every day.
