Pros

Leadership works hard to help develop their teams as professionals while maintaining a culture that is fun, hard working, and open. You feel valued for your work, and heard when you speak.

Cons

Like all contract work there is uncertainty about the future and where the winds of legislative change will take us.

Pros

You're definitely seen, acknowledged, and valued at this company. The "higher ups" are not on any pedestals; they are respectful individuals who understand the work they are doing, as well as the work you are doing.

Cons

Working for a contract-based company, you always have the worry of how long they'll be around (and by extension, what might happen to you if they collapse). Also, some of the contract sites I've been to were real headaches, management-wise.
