Pros

- Extensive rewards programs, career mobility options, and growth opportunities as an individual, backed up by a vast portfolio of successful work with their government customers. No shortage of opportunities to pick and choose from wherever you view your future to be. - Current management strives to act on its company culture promises by regularly reviewing and acting on suggestions made directly by employees. Your suggestions and input are actually reviewed, explored and implemented every quarter, as opposed to being there just for show. - Strong mutual support system between employees as a byproduct of both company programs and overall culture within teams. Vouching for each other is highly encouraged and incentivized, which creates an organic feedback loop of genuine support for one another. - Robust culture of flexibility and empowering employees to be productive in the ways they find best, such as plenty of WFH opportunities, time-zone/schedule flexibility, effective PTO policies, and so on.

Cons

- FedWriters is experiencing rapid growth, and you may run into occasions where there are process gaps left by the pace of growth. Things are changing quickly as the organization continues to scale and you may find some inconsistencies between past practices and new ones. Scale of inconsistencies are what one might expect from such a fast-growing company and aren't dealbreakers nor severe enough to cause work stoppages.
