      * A wide diversity of functional areas to chose from * A great network of co-workers * A wide geographical area to work at (anywhere in the CONUS and beyond...) * Very professional/nurturing environment * Great benefits and very good salaries

      * Variability on how internal (HR-type of stuff) policies are applied across offices * In some areas, people's workloads can be extremely heavy * Travel requirements can be taxing for some people * Federal funding process is somewhat dysfunctional and can be disruptive
