Time off For the most part, nice people WFH (at that time)

Cons

Training was absent or not helpful. Managers did not convey what was actually needed on projects and when. Task management was atrocious. Never got feedback on work. It’s almost irresponsible to take the salary at entry level/early career unless your living costs are at a minimum and you have no debt.

-The people are very enjoyable to work with -The projects are exciting and unique -Work life balance is very good, low stress -Agency reputation -Lots of training and incentives for new hires -Sense of community, good work atmosphere -New industry standard software (I know, good surprise) -Low staffing means many opportunities for advancement

-Lower salary than private companies -Slow pace of work -Low staffing means quality of work is not being monitored very much -Lots of turnaround -Half of projects farmed out to consultants
