Pros

PTO, benefits, SOME coworkers … that’s it!

Cons

Where do I begin! HR leadership is constantly changing-high turnover!! Managers yelling at certain coworkers during meetings. So much work you can’t even get a lunch break. It’s The worst job I’ve ever had.

Pros

The new leadership as of 2021, Cordray is refreshing. Finally someone who cares about borrowers.

Cons

Too much nepotism and the hiring of former industry executives.
