Pros

None. This was the worst job of my life

Cons

The third party serviced team in Kansas City is led by a hateful and toxic leader. The team is staffed by undereducated people who are generally racist. If you are any type of minority, RUN! More than one EEOC complaint has been filed against her, but they sweep them under the rug. They are also anti-military families.
