      Pros

      Great place to work with enthusiastic co-workers. They make a genuine effort to engage with employees and try to avoid everyone working in silos. Understanding the role that is played with regards to making higher education to available is empowering.

      Cons

      Management styles vary which results in some great managers but also some not so great ones.
