Cons

Duplicated efforts across the org, especially when new c-suite leaders join the organization. Pay is lower than for-profit companies (but on par or a bit higher than most nonprofits). Lots of meetings. Lack of regular, clear and consistent communication from leadership to the rest of the organization.
