Pros

The mission of ending hunger is what everyone is focused on. The people are incredibly smart (good mix of non-profit and for-profit experience), very friendly and the culture is one of collaboration and sharing.

Cons

Overall strong but working on a new strategy, so just unsure how that impacts each group/person.
