Incestuous group of people more concerned with developing friendships than retaining talent Either incompetent people are not recognized as incompentent, or it's just understood that they're incompetent so no one expects anything from them The entire Human Resources department is completely incompetent Organization is not open to new ideas or new ways of doing things. Organization promotes children to senior leadership positions so the level of maturity is severely lacking
