Excellent mission; smart and compassionate colleagues; atmosphere is friendly, but driven; committed to using data to inform decision making; the work is gratifying; even as a new hire early in my career, I was trusted with big responsibilities, and my contributions were taken seriously.

Pros

I cannot speak for the whole organization but IT departments is an excellent place to work. I read a review which says that it does not support minorities. NOT TRUE. I am from a minority group and all I have seen is fairness towards all. Your "real" work is appreciated and participation is encouraged.

Cons

No Bonus scheme but again it is a Non Profit organization whose main purpose is to feed the poor and needy. A Bonus scheme will be good but the other benefits outweighs lack of bonus.
