Great mission and a committed team with a passion to help people and the community.

Cons

It seemed there were a few employees turnovers which is usually not the best sign. But I wasn't there long enough to know the cause.

Pros

I enjoy the passion and goals of the company and truly an inspired by the work being done. I would gladly volunteer or work there again in future.

Cons

I was an intern at a time of transition and shifting and felt as though they did their best to try and support and expand all programs.

Pros

I cannot speak for the whole organization but IT departments is an excellent place to work. I read a review which says that it does not support minorities. NOT TRUE. I am from a minority group and all I have seen is fairness towards all. Your "real" work is appreciated and participation is encouraged.

Cons

No Bonus scheme but again it is a Non Profit organization whose main purpose is to feed the poor and needy. A Bonus scheme will be good but the other benefits outweighs lack of bonus.
