lots of flexibility, opportunity to work for an important mission

Cons

this is the place careers go to plateau. classic nonprofit situation of not enough resources and people, over-complicated processes that make simple decisions take months>>years to accomplish. But if you are ok with clocking in and understanding that your goals are not what you're here for (it's to achieve the core mission of ending hunger) then you'll do great.
