Pros

If you are justice-impacted and returning to society after incarceration, this is a great workplace to get started.

Cons

Although the company hires people with a criminal past, I feel that advancement into the executive level for justice-impacted people still remains to be seen. Hopefully advancements will continue to be made for equality and access to better roles.

Pros

So may people in this organization are very genuine and are here for the cause. Because the organization is relatively small (although it is growing exponentially), there are lots of opportunities to create your own path and offer your input.

Cons

Needs more comprehensive pay analysis that keeps up with inflation as well as the rate of pay of other non-profits our size in our area.
