Incredibly talented and mission driven staff Inspiring new CEO who brings talent, experience, empathy and people first leadership — all are much needed and well deserved Working to solve the issue of hunger and making a difference in the lives of so many people Strong culture of people who care deeply about the issue and each other

Cons

Lots of leadership transitions and staff turnover has been upsetting and exhausting for staff and Network — stability and calm are needed to make progress

Great mission, great people, mediocre leadership

Pros

Great benefits, great people and beautiful location. I love the mission and some people are very devoted to solving hunger.

Cons

Leadership is poor and executive egos run rampant. Some VPs are just using it as resume filler and treat employees poorly. There is obvious enough cronyism.
