      Great to place to work for a company that cares about people and their careers.

      Pros

      Senior Leadership aim to be as transparent as possible and do their upmost to look after team members and their careers. The business is fortunate to be growing quickly and they work hard to address the opportunity they've got but to also not leave anyone behind. They're not perfect, but they don't claim to be and if they make mistakes, they own it across the org. This culture is really driven and enforced by Shawn, the CEO who is an awesome leader. He genuinely cares it shows with employee retention. They focus on hiring people who fit the culture rather than the role. Nobody takes themselves very seriously, they're humble and it makes the org structure feel less hierarchical.

      Cons

      I don't think they are unique to Feedonomics but they are a fast growing business and they try their hardest to make sure everyone knows where things stand and change processes if something isn't working. Sometimes it's not perfect but it's just a by product of growing quickly.

It is unfortunate that you felt our communication was less than effective due to the number of initiatives we’ve taken as a company to be transparent, inclusive, and people-focused. Whether it be the Leadership Lunches, Legacy meetings, or departmental mixers, we’ve tried to give ample opportunity to interface one on one with senior leadership and create a space for open communication. We wish you would have shared this feedback during one of those sessions. In addition, our All Hands meetings and monthly reviews are intended to provide as much communication and company insight as possible. Regardless, we hope you succeed in your future endeavors.

      Great culture and leadership

      Pros

      The company does everything the right way. Senior leadership is transparent with the financials, company outlook, and everything in between. It doesn't take long for you to see that everyone, from the top down, genuinely cares about the people around them and wants to see and help them succeed.

      Cons

      I haven't had a single negative experience in my six months here, so nothing to report here.
