Quarterly Bonuses once you are there for a year. Starting pay is about average. New hires start @ $15 hr. Decent Benefits. Plenty of Overtime available.
Cons
Raises are minimal,usually 2-3% once a year. Very Hot, Very Cold in some areas. Dirty break rooms. Filthy Restrooms, One payed 20 minute break a day Total! Scheduling does not come close to making any sense. Always running out of Steel Coils which is used to make the products. Everyday,week the way that they want things done changes. Very Quick to Discipline their employees for any mistake, Always wanting more production and better quality. Very unautomated worklines\ stations. Hard physical dirty work. Poor Ventilation. Employee break rooms and restrooms are filthy and run down. No ice machines, 30 year old vending machines that are always not working. Management that use profanity to each other. Hand tools that are simple ( allen wrenches. and box\ open end wrenches. Pipe for breaker bars. No ratchets or sockets or socket allens. Very Primitive hand tools given to their press operators. Also No communication with HR. Everything has to go through your Supervisor. No Open Door with office or HR. In fact their whole building is locked down except the lobby which is open 8am -4pm Mon-Fri.
