Raises are minimal,usually 2-3% once a year. Very Hot, Very Cold in some areas. Dirty break rooms. Filthy Restrooms, One payed 20 minute break a day Total! Scheduling does not come close to making any sense. Always running out of Steel Coils which is used to make the products. Everyday,week the way that they want things done changes. Very Primitive hand tools given to their press operators. Also No communication with HR. Everything has to go through your Supervisor. No Open Door with office or HR. In fact their whole building is locked down except the lobby which is open 8am -4pm Mon-Fri.
