      - Lot's of travel -You take full ownership for how the unit performs -Endless opportunity if you do it well. -Paid travel and housing for most of the year

      - Away from home for too long sometimes - Many have issues with work-life balance. - False promises -Company lacks structure -Almost not enough time to take PTO

      Had great experiences and opportunities to travel

      Cons

      Ultimately found the company was not forward thinking and innovative enough for me. Too much corporate old school mentality and not accepting of new ideas. A serious lack of diversity and inclusion training and as a company.
