Pros

-Upper management was very easy to talk to and I could always go to my VP and get his help when I needed it -Family-run business has a real family feel to it. Even the CEO is so down-to-earth, it makes you enjoy working for such a company -Great people working there who really care about the brand and the work that they do -Wonderful brands to work on, great opportunities to learn

Cons

-Not much of an opportunity for growth -The pay (according to everyone) is really low for the work you put in. Does not match what other NYC jobs should be paying.

To get your foot in the touring theater. They will indeed hire you straight out of college. You can travel the world on their dime. As long as you are decently competent they will keep you around.

Cons

Be prepared for the full touring experience. There is no such thing as "time off". It is all company time. The pay isn't horrible, but not quite as good as some other touring companies for the amount of work you will put in. If you are traveling out of the U.S. be prepared for the dismal exchange rate from dollars to whatever currency you will be using for that week.
