- Large scale live entertainment company with connections to worldwide industries partners - Lots of international business, with some opportunities to travel - Benefits of taking family and friends to shows - Many employees have grown from the lower rungs to the very top- many well known industry professionals - Diverse group of individuals

Cons

- Can be behind the trends in terms of change, innovation, modern technology - Employees feel the effect of the company’s competition putting pressure on the productions -Vast disconnect between corporate headquarters and traveling production units -Inconsistency internally on work load and structure of departments, communication -Compensation is rumored to be lower than that of other similar sized organizations within the industry

The benefits are really the only great thing about working for the company... amazing health insurance that is hard to beat especially at the price.

Cons

Management is clueless about what is really going on and what should be done, with so many having been hired within by moving up in position but not really qualified for the role they now have. Most don't really trust the talent and knowledge of the staff who are better fit to understand the needs of the role they have and a lot of time gets wasted redoing projects due to a lack of vision from management. It was a constant frustration that required workers to no longer innovate or push themselves because it would always go unrecognized or understood. Pay was also extremely low for the amount or work being required.
