Working with performers and being a part of the shows!

Cons

I worked there many years ago though I have no doubt the same people are still on the top. No appreciation for hard work or talent. They rewarded mediocre workers and suppressed creativity and talent as those at the top are threatened. If you smoke cigarettes and take a lot of breaks but kiss butt or if you have no college they prefer you so they don't have to pay you. Little chance for advancement unless you are a redneck! Gossip and backstabbing even from supervisors.

Great place to begins one's career.

Cons

Most won't have a lifelong career with the company. Senior management, is unstructured and do not present proper avenues for employee advancement. Churn is a major issue here.

Pros

Great environment. Free tickets to their shows, plus free tickets to show previews. The free tickets also cover international shows, so you can invite your friends, or personally attend the shows when traveling. Very nice! Good management and CEO's. They are all very friendly.

Cons

Daily commute, if you live far. Sometimes working across departments can be tedious or time consuming if you need to wait and coordinate for meetings to get user requirements. Priorities tend to be urgent due to the nature of the shows.
